During her career she has served as Assistant Advocate in the Attorney-General’s Chambers. She was Legal Director in the Stock Broking and Capital markets firm Pangea Partners Limited and went on to be Managing Director before taking up a Partnership position and finally establishing and founding Ranchhod | Chungu Advocates.

Dimple possess specialized skill and practical knowledge in corporate advisory and commercial matters. She is a capital markets specialist and has advised extensively in the industry and led the legal advice on the Initial Public Offering of a Multi-National Corporation. She has initiated the listing of public companies on the Lusaka Stock. Exchange and acted as Counsel for several companies on exchanges in Europe, the Americas and Australia.

Dimple also has the distinction of having served as Chairperson of the Technical Committee appointed by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Zambia to investigate the sale of ZAMTEL and as Chairperson of the Technical Committee appointed by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Zambia to investigate the acquisition of RADAR systems at the Lusaka International Airport.

She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has appeared before the Superior Courts in Zambia. She assists the firms commercial and business-related matters. She is meticulous and thorough and exhibits competitive competence in her areas of expertise. She delivers results and an efficient cost-effective service to our clients.
